It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that English is an extremely complicated language. Sure it’s phonetic, but it seems to me that the phonetic rules are convoluted and full of exceptions. In fact, after attempting to get Aalia to read a story, I’m trying to fathom whether there are any rules, or whether it’s just an eccentric language of exceptions.
